These Terms govern your access to and use of the ReuelMag website (www.reuelmag.com) and the purchase of any products or services through it. Placing an Order: To purchase products or services, you must place an order through our site. Acceptance of an order is subject to availability and payment verification. ReuelMag may cancel any order for any reason (e.g. errors in price or product information).

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping: We ship products worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. We use third-party carriers; any delivery estimates are not guaranteed. ReuelMag is not liable for delays or damages during transit. You should inspect packages upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if any shipment issues occur.
Returns and Refunds: Unless a product is defective or incorrect, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact support within 7 days for a possible return or refund. Specific return instructions (including addressing and process) will be provided. Digital products (if any) and services are not returnable once access or work has begun. We comply with consumer protection laws regarding returns and refunds.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges; customers can place a new order for a different product and return the original if eligible.

If you create an account on ReuelMag, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. You may not transfer your account to another person without permission from ReuelMag.
